Business Traveler
The staff was attentive and helpful. I was able to request a late checkout. I did have an issue with the nonsmoking room which had a strong odor of cigarette smoke.

Overall the hotel was excellent. We would choose to stay there again. The complaint remains that we were given a room in the middle of renovations. I had to move a cart full of old carpet from the doorway in order to leave my room. We did not see another person in our area until the renovations were completed. This hotel exceeded my expectation. I have never stayed at a Staybridge Suites before, and was very impressed. The staff was very accommodating, they upgraded us from a studio to one bedroom suite for no charge. I extended my stay a day and pricelined, but had to move to the Holiday Inn and I was very sorry! The price Staybridge quoted me for extending the stay was well worth it and the minute I walked into the Holiday Inn, I knew I made a mistake.
